You are an external visitor/graduate and you don’t have an AHK account, but want to reset your password.
Step 1: Reset password
After login in option ‘I have no AHK account and want to log in’
Select ‘Lost your password?’
Step 2. Enter the email address with which you are known within Leerpodium.
Click on ‘Get New Password’
You will receive an email at your registered private email address.
It is possible that this email will end up in your Spam.
Step 3. Use the link in the email to set your password.
Step 4: Choose a secure password
Please note that the password must meet the following conditions:
- Password is case sensitive.
- Must be at least 12 characters long.
- Must include at least 1 number.
- Must have at least 1 lowercase letter.
- Must have at least 1 uppercase letter.
- Must not include any of the following values: welcome Welcome
- New password may not have been used previously.
- Password will expire in 180 days
You can now log in with your email address and the new password.
